Curated Ubiquitous Rural Informed Online Services (CURIOS) has 3 parts: filtered feeds, video mashups, and interactive webinars.
CURIOS is not a portal – it is almost the opposite: a set of services that you can follow or integrate into your usual information workflows, whatever they are. And if you run a web site or share stuff with friends or colleagues, feel free to grab stuff and build it into what you do.
