Well let’s see if this works. No, it doesn’t. It does not crash but just displays a raw file… so I have missed out on something somewhere. Maybe the permissions are wrong on the folder. No, the initial problem was that when I used TextEdit to create the file, it gets converted to RTF codes, and is not a plain text file. Second time, I used the editor in DThink and created a plain text file.
Now this still does not work. The HTML seems to be preserved. The Javascript is loaded within the page header and footer, I believe. The Style CSS is attached to that item. I also have the Scripts and Styles attached to this page. But still not working.
Maybe I need to try with something simpler. Or we could try what ScriptsnEtc calls a Hoop:
