At present, this is a rather informal group whose focus is on active data tracking of learning experiences. This group arose at the Ottawa Conference, Perth, Australia in 2016.

In particular, we are looking for way to integrate the tracking of learning experiences across multiple systems and educational platforms, from a Big Data perspective.

We work closely with the MedBiquitous Learning Experience Working Group who are establishing standards around such data portability. Much of their work currently centres on the Experience API (xAPI), also known as TinCan API, but other approaches will also be considered.
